Overview
Our client is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation resource to provide immediate support for an active environment. This role will focus on supporting and troubleshooting the Advanced Compensation module, with a strong emphasis on HCM security. The engagement is remote and intended to provide coverage during a maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities- Support and troubleshoot Workday Advanced Compensation functionality
- Work within HCM and Advanced Compensation to resolve issues, answer questions, and support day-to-day operations
- Develop and maintain queries related to Advanced Compensation and HCM
- Assist with architecting and supporting Advanced Compensation solutions within Workday
- Support HCM security configurations as they relate to Advanced Compensation processes
- Hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation
- Experience supporting HCM security within Workday
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues within Advanced Compensation
- Experience supporting or designing Advanced Compensation solutions in a production environment
- Start: Immediate
- Duration: Coverage for maternity leave
- Location: Remote
