Responsibilities:
What You ll Do

We believe in clear expectations, and these are the core responsibilities that will define your success in this role:

  • Be part of the team that executes and optimizes paid search, paid social, email, website, SEO, and all ecommerce channels
  • Drive growth across the full funnel, including acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue
  • Work hands-on with design, photography, analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and tracking systems
  • Collaborate across a high-performing marketing team, sharing ownership and responsibility for a variety of platforms and tactics: photo shoots, digital, email, social media, PR, video, creative, content, etc.
Qualifications & Expertise:
What You ll Bring

We re looking for individuals who are not only skilled but also eager to grow with us.

  • Must-Haves:
    • High learning velocity, problem-solving ability, agile, fast-learning, with sharp analytical instincts and a team-first mindset
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce
    • Strong knowledge of Google & META paid ads, email segmentation/automation, and analytics
    • High emotional IQ and great communication skills
    • High-level technical skills across a wide variety of digital tools, marketing technology and tactics, including most platforms:
      Magento, Shopify, Klaviyo, Adobe CS, Figma, Canva, Asana or Monday, Google Suite (Analytics, Ads, Looker, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.), Hubspot, Zoho, etc.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • B2B Social Media or PR experience
    • Experience in regulated industries and high-growth ecommerce environments

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, occasional overtime) with a typical schedule of Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
. This role reports to the Head of Marketing & Ecommerce
.
