You will own and run all North American trials, acting as the bridge between Sales, Rev Ops, and the customer.

Your mission is simple:
Run high-quality trials that convert. You’ll manage trials end-to-end, ensure process excellence, identify improvements, and help Neurons consistently turn trials into closed-won revenue.

• Own and manage all North American trials in line with Neurons’ processes
• Execute trials flawlessly and continuously suggest improvements to increase conversion
• Partner closely with Sales to ensure trials drive confidence and momentum
• Act as a product expert during trials, helping customers see real value
• Follow and reinforce Rev Ops guidelines to ensure scalability and consistency
• Track performance and outcomes, with a sharp focus on CVR and revenue impact

This is a performance-based role with clear, measurable outcomes:

• Maintain 35%+ Trial Conversion Rate (CVR)
• Build trust with the Sales team so trials are seen as a competitive advantage
• Contribute directly to closed-won revenue: $250,000 in Q2; $300,000 in Q3; $350,000 in Q4

• You have a sales mindset, but you’re comfortable with technical tools and processes
• You love completing tasks, hitting objectives, and seeing tangible results
• You thrive when working toward clear goals with customers
