We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI hardware solutions. You will lead cross‑functional teams, define strategic roadmaps, and drive the delivery of next‑generation AI hardware platforms that deliver measurable business impact.

Required Skills
  • 7+ years of product management experience in software, AI, and hardware domains
  • Proven track record leading AI/ML‑enabled products from conception to deployment
  • Strong understanding of edge computing, firmware dependencies, and OTA update cycles
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex AI concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience managing cross‑functional initiatives with senior leadership
  • Solid analytical skills, including impact analysis, metrics, and experimentation
  • Ability to prioritize and develop clear roadmaps in ambiguous settings
Nice to Have Skills
  • Background in automated traffic enforcement, fleet safety, or related IoT sectors
  • Experience in AI model development, training, validation, and drift management
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations such as COPPA and GDPR
  • Knowledge of AI governance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
    Master’s or PhD preferred
  • 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on AI hardware and solutions
  • Experience in building teams, capabilities, or frameworks from the ground up in innovative environments
Other Requirements
  • Up to 20% travel may be required
  • Ability to collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure governance and safety standards are met
