• Enroll in and complete the 12‑week Paid Social Academy program covering fundamentals of Paid Social, campaign set‑up, creative, targeting, bidding, optimisation and scaling.
• Design, create and manage high‑performance ad campaigns across Meta platforms.
• Develop strong analytical skills and turn insights into action.
• Experiment with creative ideas, supported by an in‑house creative services department.
• Contribute to Paid Social strategy and continuous innovation, working closely with channel account managers.
• Collaborate with experienced Paid Social Executives, Managers and Specialists to accelerate learning.
