Coennect is building the modern Center of Excellence platform for enterprise SaaS. We help large organizations centrally govern, monitor, and maximize adoption of their Salesforce environments. Now, we are searching for a Go To Market Manager who can translate product capability into clear market narratives, orchestrate GTM execution, and help scale how Coennect reaches and converts enterprise buyers.
Why This Role MattersAs the Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager at Coennect, you will own the connective tissue between product, sales, and marketing execution.
This role is highly hands on. You will define GTM strategy, build and run campaigns, enable sales, and continuously refine messaging and motion based on what is working in the market. You will operate across the full customer lifecycle, from initial awareness through pipeline creation, sales enablement, and expansion.
Your mission is to make Coennect easy to understand, easy to sell, and compelling to buy for enterprise Salesforce Centers of Excellence.
What You Will Do- Own GTM strategy and execution for Coennect’s core audiences, including Salesforce CoE leaders, platform owners, architects, security leaders, and executives
- Translate product capabilities into clear positioning, messaging, and use case driven narratives
- Design and execute GTM campaigns across content, events, outbound support, partner motions, and product launches
- Build and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, demo narratives, battle cards, use case frameworks, and launch materials
- Partner closely with Sales to support pipeline creation, deal progression, and enterprise buying conversations
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align roadmap, launches, and messaging with real customer problems
- Analyze GTM performance, pipeline signals, and campaign results to continuously refine strategy and execution
- Support founder led selling and early enterprise deals with research, messaging, and account specific preparation
- This role does not manage a team. It is designed for someone who wants to both think strategically and execute directly.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS go to market, product marketing, demand generation, or revenue focused marketing roles
- Proven experience operating hands on across GTM strategy and execution
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS buying motions and multi stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for technical and business audiences
- Comfort working in a fast moving, early stage environment with high ownership and ambiguity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Experience with Salesforce, enterprise platforms, or Centers of Excellence
- Background in governance, analytics, platform operations, or enterprise IT
- Experience supporting founder led sales or early GTM motions
- Clear, consistent positioning that resonates with enterprise buyers
- Strong alignment between product capabilities, sales conversations, and market messaging
- Improved pipeline quality and velocity driven by focused GTM execution
- Sales teams that feel confident, enabled, and supported in how they tell the Coennect story

Coennect offers a competitive and transparent compensation package that includes base salary and commission.
- Base Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 USD
OTE and base salary are determined based on experience, geographic location, and role scope. Equity grants are included as part of the total compensation package and reflect the impact and ownership expected at this level.
