• Work closely with business and IT teams to understand current state and document end to end process and system flows.
• Partner with architecture team to build out target state for systems.
• Work with IT and product vendors to come up requirements and high level design.
• Develops and prepares project plans including scheduling, costs, resources, and other operational concerns. Analyzes business systems specifications.
• Defines and documents product requirements, project deliverables, and product acceptance criteria.
• Meet with clients to analyze their individual needs, determine priorities, provide estimates and determine scope
  -Manage scope, schedule and quality.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions; investigate, document and analyze key client organizational processes
  -Identify needs and develop customized solutions.
• Maintain an effective client follow-up system to ensure clients are contacted in regards to project progress and overall satisfaction.
• Perform and organize ongoing support for customers such as report building, data quality, new integrations, etc.
• Contribute to the development of a strategic customer roadmap.

• Should have 10 Years of Service Now transformation project experience
• Strong Business Analyst in Financial Services Domain in large organizations
• Must have Service Now tech development background
• Should be able to have discussion with dev team on technical matters
• Good data analysis SQL Skills

• Service Now PPM Experience
• Client facing experience

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $66,810 - $191,510.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
