Location:
Austin, TX
- To support AV installations (cable management, device add, move, change) and operations support (daily test and break fix support).
- To support and understand the audio/video signal flow, basic networking technology and video transmission over network.
- To troubleshoot video conference rooms as and when required.
- To report on the weekly health check and support for conference room control system.
- To Provide support for events setup and decommission.
- To support AV systems and devices installation and proactive operations maintenance service.
- To support daily room sweeps and related escalations of conference rooms, digital signages, LED walls, meeting spaces, etc.
- To Support commissioning/installation and turnover of new conference rooms and other AV areas.
- To work with projectors, sound systems, microphones, sound mixing equipment, overhead projectors, video equipment, adjust amplifiers, video screens, virtual conferencing systems, AV racks, and speakers.
- To track and coordinate Conference Room upgrade/new installation.
- To Investigate and troubleshoot issues with Audio/Video equipment.
- To Engage required OEM support to investigate and resolve the issue.
The pay range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000
* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
