Are you passionate about driving innovation in financial services and delivering advisor-centric technology experiences? Kestra Holdings is seeking a Program Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our advisor technology strategy. In this highly visible position, you’ll partner across technology, compliance, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions that empower our advisors and clients.
What you’ll Do:
- Drive the Tech
Roadmap:
Support the Head of Advisor Tech Strategy in executing our multi-year technology roadmap, translating strategic goals into actionable programs. - Align Initiatives: Ensure projects are coordinated across Kestra Holdings’ lines of business for maximum impact.
- Lead
Collaboration:
Facilitate cross-functional teamwork, organize requirements sessions, and serve as the main contact for executive stakeholders. - Manage Vendors: Oversee platform evaluations, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Document compliance requirements, manage data conversion and integration, and monitor risks and resources for timely delivery.
- Support Executives: Prepare updates and decision materials, deliver insights on program performance, and proactively address stakeholder challenges.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in program management, business architecture, or technology strategy within financial services or wealth management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft O365, Confluence, Lucid Suite, and Figma.
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive engagement.
- Familiarity with advisor technology platforms (client portals, trading, compliance, billing.)
- Skilled in translating strategy into execution and managing vendor relationships.
- Strategic thinker, collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a focus on outcomes.
Internal Application Policy:
Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
