As an Oracle Cloud HCM Absence/OTL Lead Consultant, you’ll provide essential domain, functional, and technical expertise to effectively design and implement Absence on Oracle Cloud ERP HCM modules.

• Act as an Oracle HCM Cloud Absence subject matter expert, leading clients through the entire cloud application service implementation;
• Drive and communicate project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence projects;
• Work with clients on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM;
• Advise clients on best practices and guide them through Oracle-delivered functionality;
• Map business processes to delivered functionality, document client requirements, configure hobility, and assist with testing;
• Maintain strong client relationships;
• Collaborate with peers to continuously improve delivery models for greater client value and efficiency;
• Mentor junior-level associates to support their professional development and contribution to company growth.

Keys to your success

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a functional lead role;
• Oracle certification;
• At least 3 full-cycle Absence implementations;
• Global Absence experience and knowledge of Absence processes;
• Kay experience with additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules, preferably Core HR or OTL;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Strong ability to plan work effort and manage priorities effectively;
• Comfortable working remotely with clients and peers.
