Quality Manager Non-Food, Worldwide Grocery - Quality
TheWW Grocery team is looking for an entrepreneurial, experienced, and analytical Quality Manager focusing on Non‑Food Categories (Body, Personal Care, Supplements, and Pet Care). You will join a dynamic, fast‑paced, fun and collaborative work environment to help build and scale our business within both physical stores and online channels.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct data analysis of customer feedback data across different non‑food categories and identify and prioritize improvement activities, working with internal teams and suppliers to drive solutions.
- Assess and manage large data sets to enable business decisions.
- Identify, communicate, or escalate product quality risk areas using data and lead or support corrective actions.
- Navigate roadblocks and work with stakeholders and suppliers to drive solutions without compromising product safety, compliance, or customer satisfaction.
- Define quality KPIs and develop mechanisms or dashboards to track and report quality performance metrics.
- Build process flows, SOPs, and define and align on RACI for quality activities across cross‑functional teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve or optimize operations, mitigate repeat issues, develop guardrails to simplify decision making, utilize automation, and drive process efficiencies, including cost savings opportunities.
- Travel as needed to meet with suppliers and support production activities or quality investigations to resolution.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience working cross‑functionally and across regions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in trust and safety compliance or risk.
- Experience using Excel and SQL.
- Experience using SQL or other tool to build dashboards and manage large data sets to drive business decisions.
- Diversified experience with entire product lifecycle and supply chain (R&D, scale‑up, material sourcing, operations management, customer feedback).

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
