• Apply Intelligence Community (IC) standards of analysis and production.
• Utilize IC query tools and databases for requirements management.
• Analyze technical data and distill information for non‑technical production.
• Present analytic results through documented intelligence assessments, AAR/EXSUM, in a database, and monthly status reports.
• Produce broad and complex all‑source intelligence regarding specific country/region military operational capabilities and potential threat issues.
• Provide technical threat expertise and conduct research to assess highly complex technical and operational military capabilities.
• Apply threat intelligence analytic skills to monitor, assess, and report on steady‑state operations and planning requirements.
• Support ad‑hoc cross‑organization analytic projects; develop and recommend complex analytic approaches for incomplete or controversial data.
• Coordinate support for Critical Program Information (CPI) assessments, critical functions assessments, vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and countermeasures determinations.
• Research, analyze, interpret, and integrate complex all‑source intelligence data on order of battle, force structure, and strategic military capabilities.
• Communicate executive‑level oral and written findings; familiar with IC standards.
• Advise Science and Technologies (S&T) and Testing and Evaluation (T&E) communities on threat capabilities for modeling.
• Assist in briefings and debriefings of Research Development and Acquisition technology SMEs.
• Conduct all‑source threat intelligence assessments addressing foreign comparative analysis and impacts on Army technologies and programs.
• Assess effectiveness of intelligence support; develop threat intelligence analyses, data requirements, and integration plans; provide recommendations for process improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in intelligence studies or related field.
• Eight (8) years of intelligence analyst experience.
• Military Intelligence all‑source analyst experience.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes.

• Must be a U.S. citizen with a current Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
