As a Technology Business Consultant Specialist, you’ll contribute to a critical component of our success by working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet their needs and help advance the way the world pays, banks and invests.

• Provide technical guidance to clients concerning the business implications of systems and applications.
• Formulate systems scope and objectives while considering client business plans and industry requirements.
• Research and document client needs, technology and regulations related to system design, analyzing marketplace trends and best practices.
• Devise and modify processes and procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and solve complex technical problems.
• Conduct system, integration, readiness and acceptance tests.
• Write test plans and test cases to ensure enhancements meet client needs while maintaining application integrity.
• Consult and train clients and technical support personnel on enhancements, new systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with presales teams to understand client requirements and develop project plans.

• Financial services and technology consulting experience required, at least 10-15+ years.
• Technology and business knowledge with modern cloud‑based solutions.
• Securities processing and implementation experience.
• Advanced knowledge of multiple end‑to‑end systems and application development.
• Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through UML.
• Understanding of appropriate application programming languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.
