What

You’ll Do

As a key member of the team, you will dive into every stage of the design process, from initial research to final delivery. You'll collaborate closely with fellow designers, researchers, product owners, and tech partners to conceptualize and implement new features and enhancements across multiple products. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs and information architecture, allowing you to drive design direction and contribute to a robust design system.

You will be empowered to identify and implement process improvements, educate other teams on the value of UX, and build strong relationships with stakeholders by presenting compelling, user‑centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end‑to‑end product experiences, focusing on user flows, site maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
  • Drive design direction, ensuring alignment with user research insights and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for design and process improvements, actively leading their implementation.
  • Communicate effectively with product teams and stakeholders to build relationships, understand their vision, and present creative ideas and solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative design process with product owners, designers, researchers, and tech partners to produce high‑quality deliverables.
  • Leverage and contribute to the existing design system and component library, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Educate and advocate for the benefits of user experience across various internal teams.
What You’ll Bring Must‑Have Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years of demonstrable experience in user experience design.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven expertise in UX design methods, best practices, deliverables, and tools.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles and techniques.
  • Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform user flows and interactive patterns.
  • Knowledge and experience with accessibility (A11y) guidelines.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your skills and experience in UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A collaborative team player attitude with an openness and desire to learn, develop, and approach challenges with a problem‑solving mindset.
Must Have Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
