Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Onshore Tech. lead to oversee and manage the delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java Micro Services Development and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of project delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.

Manage project scope, schedule, and resources, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.

Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and delivery methodologies.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Mandatory

Skills:



Proficiency in Java Micro Services Development.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Preferred

Skills:

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and tools.

Experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder expectations.

Hands on experience on oAUTH, JWT, Veracode, Redis, Splunk, Maven, Sonar Qube, TDD.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
