We’re partnering with a client on a Senior Analytics Engineer role supporting a large-scale enterprise data modernization initiative.
This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and analytics, focused on building analytics-ready data models in a modern Databricks lakehouse to support enterprise reporting, forecasting, and operational insights.

What You’ll *****
- Build and optimize Silver/Gold data models in Databricks using SQL, Spark, and Delta Lake
- Translate business and analytical requirements into scalable, governed data transformations
- Develop enterprise data models across CRM and operational systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Partner with data engineering and BI teams to support semantic layers, KPIs, and downstream reporting
- Drive data quality, performance optimization, and documentation standards
What We’re Looking *****
- 5+ years of analytics engineering or data modeling experience in Databricks
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong SQL and PySpark skills with modern lakehouse and dimensional modeling experience
- Ability to bridge business context with technical execution in an enterprise environment
