Azure Cloud Architect – Concentrix
We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to support Microsoft customers on how to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Azure Landing Zones and enterprise‑scale cloud frameworks. This role focuses on defining cloud adoption strategies, architecting secure and scalable solutions, and guiding organizations through their modernization journey. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure technologies, Infrastructure‑as‑Code, and cloud governance, with a proven track record of aligning technical solutions to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Define and deliver cloud adoption roadmaps aligned with customer organizational goals.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost‑optimized Azure solutions.
- Provide architectural leadership for enterprise‑scale deployments and modernization initiatives.
- Architect and advise on secure, compliant, and scalable Azure Landing Zones aligned with the CAF.
- Establish governance and operational excellence across multi‑subscription environments.
- Implement Azure Policy, policy‑as‑code, and compliance frameworks to ensure consistent standards.
- Design identity strategies leveraging Entra , Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and role‑based access controls.
- Integrate Defender for Cloud for threat protection and security posture management.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for reliability, security, and cost optimization using the Well‑Architected Framework (WAF).
- Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Bicep and Terraform.
- Automate deployments and CI/CD pipelines with Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub Actions.
- Drive operational efficiency through automation of governance, monitoring, and remediation processes.
- Deploy and manage hybrid and multi‑cloud solutions with Azure Arc.
- Design enterprise‑grade backup and recovery strategies.
- Lead migration projects from on‑premises to Azure, ensuring workload compatibility and performance optimization.
- Advise customers on how to architect secure and efficient networking solutions, including Azure Firewall, Private Link, and hybrid connectivity.
- Provide guidance and solutions to customers on optimizing performance and resiliency across distributed environments.
- Partner with business and IT leaders to define cloud strategies and roadmaps.
- Deliver workshops, assessments, and structured engagements to accelerate cloud adoption and maturity.
- Provide expert guidance on governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Stay current with Azure innovations and integrate them into organizational practices.
- 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Azure.
- Proven expertise in Azure Landing Zones, CAF, and enterprise‑scale cloud strategy.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Core framework components (Arc, Backup, Migrate, WAF, Networking).
- Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Bicep/Terraform) and Dev Ops automation (Azure Dev Ops/Git Hub Actions).
- Deep understanding of identity, governance, and security (Entra , PIM, Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud).
- Experience delivering workshops and assessments to guide organizations through cloud adoption.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate) strongly preferred.
Base salary range: $106,000 – $140,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; comprehensive employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; paid time off and holidays; paid learning days.
