• 8 years IT project management experience
• 8 years in IT industry with 5 years in data management data warehouses data lakes analytics/BI web-based (J2EE) or SOA-related work
• 8 years excellent verbal & written communication
• 8 years experience developing project documentation
• 8 years team management (meetings mentoring facilitation)
• 8 years risk management & progress monitoring
• 8 years experience reporting project issues/progress to leadership
• 8 years problem resolution skills
• 8 years full PMLC SDLC experience
• 8 years project budget tracking & entering actuals
• 8 years Agile experience (sprints planning increments grooming scrums retros Kanban)

• 6 years in Healthcare / Public Health
• 6 years managing multi-agency or multi-IT department initiatives
• 6 years experience in Health & Human Services environment
• 5 years managing TSS Sprint Teams for Texas State projects
• 5 years managing matrixed/multi-functional teams
• 5 years building PM plans work plans quality plans
• 5 years full lifecycle involvement (analysis deployment)
• 5 years building/managing IT project teams
• 3 years Access & Eligibility program experience

• IT Project Management (senior level)
• Agile / Scrum leadership (sprints Kanban planning)
• Data integration Data Analytics Data Warehouse/Data Lake experience
• PM framework compliance (DIR PDF)
• Experience creating RFPs for vendor services
• Experience preparing federally required IAPDs
• Budget tracking & financial reporting
• Strong communication documentation and stakeholder management
• Risk identification and resolution
• Managing projects for cloud analytics (PMAS Cloud Analytics)
