QA Analyst (Level II) – Hybrid – Austin, Texas
We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst to support a high-priority system implementation led in partnership with a third party. This role will serve as a key quality advocate within IT, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested, stable, and ready for delivery.
The ideal candidate is proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable taking ownership of testing activities in a fast‑moving environment. This individual will be expected to contribute immediately as testing frameworks and processes are being established.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support testing activities from project inception
- Serve as the primary IT quality representative throughout the initiative
- Perform hands‑on testing in Savvy
- Execute hands‑on functional and integration testing using enterprise application platforms
- Participate in iterative delivery cycles, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Develop, refine, and maintain testing artifacts, templates, and standards
- Support test‑related documentation and alignment with functional requirements
- Identify risks, defects, and process gaps, and provide clear recommendations for remediation
- Help ensure overall solution quality, stability, and production readiness
- Mid‑level QA experience or equivalent hands‑on testing background
- Proven experience testing enterprise business applications. Strong experience with testing in Savvy
- Ability to independently lead testing efforts while remaining highly hands‑on
- Strong adaptability and ability to ramp up quickly in dynamic environments
- Clear and confident communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery models
- Prior experience working with large‑scale systems integrators or vendor‑led implementations
- CGI experience is a huge plus (highly preferred)
- Confident quality advocate who is comfortable raising concerns and proposing solutions
- Self‑directed professional who takes ownership and drives outcomes
- Someone who can quickly integrate into a team and deliver value from day one
Hybrid schedule:
On‑site approximately 5 times per month
