We are seeking a Senior Data, AI & Intelligence Manager to help design, build, and operate the data and AI systems that power this platform.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for a builder—someone who can turn vision into working systems and data into real‑world outcomes.
The RoleAs Senior Data, AI & Intelligence Manager, you will help architect and manage Quantum America’s enterprise data, AI, and intelligence stack, working closely with executive leadership, engineering, operations, energy, and sales teams.
You will play a central role in connecting Salesforce CRM, operational systems, energy and home‑performance data, and analytics into a unified intelligence platform that supports affordability, scale, and long‑term trust.

- Integrate customer, operational, financial, and home‑performance data into a unified platform
- Implement predictive, analytical, and AI‑driven tools to support sales, operations, energy, and lifecycle performance
- Identify and prioritize high‑impact AI use cases that reduce cost, risk, and friction
- Partner in managing Salesforce as the system of record for customer relationships and lifecycle engagement
- Ensure clean, connected, and actionable CRM data across teams and systems
- Deliver dashboards, KPIs, and executive‑ready insights that support real‑time decision‑making
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable intelligence
- Support data quality, governance, security, and interoperability standards
- Help establish scalable processes as the company grows from prototype to statewide deployment
- 5‑10+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or digital platform roles
- Proven track record building and operating real‑world data systems, not just models
- Strong working knowledge of AI/ML, analytics, and data engineering concepts
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM and system integrations
- Comfortable operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
- Builder mindset with strong business intuition and communication skills
This role sits at the center of a generational effort to:
- Lower the total cost of home ownership
- Create data‑backed affordability, transparency, and trust
