Partnering closely with engineering and autonomy teams, they analyze both real‑world and simulated driving data to enable data‑driven decisions that accelerate commercialization.
About the RoleWe’re seeking a mathematically minded Lead Analyst to join a growing analytics team focused on evaluating complex technology systems. You’ll work with simulation, real‑world, and structured datasets to assess system performance, design experiments, define metrics, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. This is a hands‑on role with leadership opportunities as the team expands.
Qualifications- Strong math and statistical background (Applied Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field; MS or PhD preferred)
- 4+ years in analytics for complex or large‑scale technology systems
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience leading or mentoring analytics teams
- Formal training in statistics or quantitative fields
- Experience with modern data stacks and data engineering
- Background in autonomy, robotics, or other technologically intensive domains preferred
- Evaluate technology performance across hardware and software; define metrics and measurement frameworks
- Design, run, and interpret experiments using solid statistical methods
- Build and automate analysis pipelines, collaborating with data engineers to scale recurring computations
- Mentor and guide analysts, contribute to hiring, and help shape the growth of the team
