Applied Materials is seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant with 6‑8 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) and S/4

HANA/ECC environments. The role involves end‑to‑end SAP GTS implementations, compliance and customs management, and strong integration with SAP SD, ECC, CRM, and upstream systems. The consultant will support global trade compliance, AES filing, and order‑to‑cash processes, while collaborating with analytics teams using Hadoop and Tableau. This is a hybrid role based in Austin.

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP GTS implementations, including full lifecycle design and configuration.
• Design and implement enhancements for Global Trade Services (GTS) Compliance Management (sanctioned party lists, embargo, legal control) and Customs Management.
• Configure and maintain global trade compliance and customs declaration documents and associated forms such as commercial invoices.
• Perform AES filing using Global Trade Services (GTS) and Broker Interface.
• Configure and enhance Sales and Distribution (SD) components, including billing, pricing, and billing copy control in SAP ECC.
• Support all areas of the Order‑to‑Cash process: sales order configuration, pricing, delivery processing, and warehouse management.
• Develop and execute test plans, including writing and running test scripts for production changes.
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to prepare dashboards using Hadoop and Tableau.
• Integrate GTS with upstream systems such as CRM and ECC.

• 6‑8 years of SAP GTS configuration experience, including 2‑3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of GTS customs declaration documents and related forms.
• Experience with US Automated Export System (AES) filing through GTS.
• Proficiency in Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration within SAP ECC.
• Deep understanding of the Order‑to‑Cash process.
• Analytical mindset, ability to learn quickly, prioritize, and multitask.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and drive to deliver results.
• Experience in data analytics, Hadoop, and Tableau for dashboard development.
• Knowledge of integration with upstream systems (CRM, ECC).
• Nice to have: SAP Security Functions, SAP technical upgrades, custom interface development, SAP CRM functionalities, and SAP S/4
