GRC Tooling Solution Developer

As a Solution Developer on the GRC Tooling team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive solutions that support the CISO Governance, Risk, and Compliance program. This role goes beyond traditional software development—you will leverage your experience to create integrated solutions that combine application development, AI, data acquisition and transformation, API design, and software product configuration. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions that address real-world problems.

As an IBM developer, your mission is not just to write code, but to understand business problems and implement end-to-end solutions that bring together multiple technologies and approaches to enable risk management, compliance reporting, and operational efficiency.

A qualified candidate must possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience with Java, JavaScript and related frameworks, Python, databases, and API development

• Experience with container based deployments and hybrid cloud operations

• Proven ability to design and implement logical, efficient code to solve complex business challenges.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

A strong candidate should also possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience with the IBM Open Pages product, configuration or integration

• Experience implementing modern design and architectural patterns to deliver robust and modular solutions

• Experience leveraging generative AI as part of solution development

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
