SAP PP​/MES

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP PP/MES Architect with deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and associated integrations. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, configuration, functional delivery, system integration, and migration activities for complex manufacturing environments. This role requires strong business process knowledge, hands‑on experience in SAP S/4

HANA and Fiori, and the ability to partner with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

• 10 + years of SAP implementation experience with strong expertise in SAP PP/PEO and QM modules.
• Demonstrated experience in at least 2–3 full cycle SAP implementations covering Production Planning and Quality Management.
• Strong configuration knowledge in PP, QM, and MES, including advanced manufacturing processes (complex assembly, serialization, batch, rework from stock, MRO processes).
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA and Fiori Applications
  .
• Solid understanding of PP-MM and PP-QM integration
  .
• Experience in material requirement planning
  , project stock handling, and involvement with WBS elements
  .
• Theoretical and practical exposure to SAP Project Systems (Networks, WBS elements, PP-PS Integration).
• Strong documentation skills: functional specifications, business process flows, test cases, conversion templates.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with ability to debug, analyze functional gaps, and propose corrective solutions.
• Experience guiding development teams and working closely with stakeholders across business and IT.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
