The Oracle OIC Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role involves close collaboration with clients and internal leadership to integrate Oracle ERP, HCM, CX, EPM
, and third-party systems across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments.

• Partner with clients and internal leads to analyze business requirements and design integration solutions
• Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Build integrations across Oracle SaaS, on‑premise, hybrid, and third‑party systems
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
• Design and test full‑stack integration components with a focus on performance and automation
• Actively contribute to Oracle technology communities and best‑practice initiatives

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC / OICS)
• End-to-end implementation experience integrating Oracle SaaS and third‑party applications
• Strong expertise in OIC, REST APIs, SOAP, XML, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Experience creating and integrating custom applications using VBCS and APEX with Oracle Fusion
• At least one full lifecycle Oracle OIC implementation as an OIC Developer or Lead
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills

• Experience with OCI services such as Object Storage, API Gateway, Functions, Notifications, ATP, ADW
  , and related components
• Experience with BI Publisher
• Familiarity with performance tuning and automation
