. In this role you will work closely and cross‑functionally with leaders across the company and some of the biggest and most well‑known brands in the world to take our world‑class product to the next level.
As part of our Product Team, you will define the roadmap and drive end‑to‑end execution of AI‑driven experiences within the Iterable platform. You will work with our Design and Engineering Teams, prioritize product features that have a high impact on Iterable's business, and help engineers launch impactful projects. You will report to the Director of Product, Nova Experiences and Outcomes.
In this role, you'll get to- Innovate using generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent insights to solve marketers’ real‑world problems
- Make an impact on day‑to‑day efficiency and effectiveness of growth marketers using Iterable
- Work cross‑functionally with customer success, engineering, marketing, sales, legal, and other PMs to develop and ship new data products
- Research industry trends to identify new product features and opportunities
- Generate and prioritize the product backlog for AI teams
- Create customer adoption plans and measure ongoing engagement with the features you ship
- Engage with customers regularly (user testing, discovery, research, roadmap sharing, etc.)
- Partner closely with your engineering team to launch impactful projects
- Experience working on a SaaS product (B2B, B2B2C)
- Deep customer empathy
- Experience with data science and machine learning, and hands‑on experience building AI products, especially for enterprise customers
- Technical understanding of complex AI functionality and ability to partner with data science and machine learning engineering teams
- Thrive on solving complex technical problems and partnering cross‑functionally to translate stakeholder needs into product architecture
- Strong analytical skills, and ability to leverage data, research, and market analysis to inform product decisions and strategy
- Experience working with agile engineering teams and tools like Jira
- Collaborative team player
- Familiarity with user growth and engagement strategies

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $138,500 - $213,000
. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations. This range reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
