We’re hiring a hands‑on Senior AI Solutions Architect to help shape the future of Generative AI solutions across industries such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications. This is a chance to join a well‑funded, fast‑scaling AI company (fresh off a nine‑figure funding round at unicorn valuation) and make an immediate impact designing, building, and delivering real‑world GenAI applications.

• Be at the forefront of Generative AI adoption — delivering practical solutions, not just experiments.

• Turn ideas into outcomes — design, scope, and deliver production‑ready GenAI solutions with clear success metrics (quality, latency, ROI, adoption).
• Prototype & product ionise — retrieval, agent, and fine‑tuning workflows; integrate APIs & data sources; stand up evaluations and dashboards.
• Own the client journey — from discovery to delivery, guiding customers through architecture decisions with credibility and clarity.
• Shape best practice — codify patterns, publish explainers, and share pragmatic insights back to Product & GTM.

• Proven experience shipping Generative AI solutions in production (not just proofs of concept).
• Hands‑on knowledge of GenAI toolsets
  : retrieval‑augmented generation, orchestration/agents, fine‑tuning, vector search.
• Experience designing & deploying ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
  .
• Ability to communicate complex architectures clearly with clients and stakeholders.

• Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector).
• Exposure to Responsible AI / Trustworthy AI frameworks.
• Authored blogs, talks, or internal playbooks on GenAI best practice.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP

$200,000 – $230,000 base salary + bonus, equity, and benefits.
