Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior QA Automation Engineer to support automated testing initiatives for web, API, and cloud-based applications using modern testing frameworks.
Experience Required6 months – 2 years
Work AuthorizationUS Citizens and Green Card holders considered
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain automated test scripts
- Execute regression, smoke, and API tests
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, log, and track defects
- Validate data using SQL queries
- Automation Frameworks:
Playwright or Cypress (preferred) - Programming:
JavaScript or Python - API Testing:
Postman / REST APIs - CI/CD:
Git Hub Actions / Azure Dev Ops (basic exposure) - Databases:
SQL (mandatory) - Testing Concepts:
Shift-left testing, test data management
- Associate’s / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
