Domino Administrator

• Diagnose and remediate issues with Windows Server Infrastructure, including related roles and features, as well as other Microsoft and third-party Windows business infrastructure applications, while identifying recurring issues for automation.

• Collaborate with clients to align support services with their requirements, maintaining a high level of attention and communication.

• Develop automation solutions using Power Shell scripting to automate repetitive tasks within client environments.

• Architect and manage new projects and deployments of client infrastructure.

• Coach and mentor junior systems engineers.

• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Business Applications.

• Strong understanding of Power Shell scripting and automation practices.

• Advanced knowledge of virtualization technologies including VMware, Hyper

V, and Citrix.

• Ability to document Standard Operating Procedures for troubleshooting.

• Experience in developing monitoring checks to ensure infrastructure stability.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing enterprise infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Domino and Lotus Notes:

• Centralized administration for distributed global Notes/Domino environments in coexistence with Microsoft Exchange.

• Knowledge of Lotus Domino, Lotus Notes, and related products from R3.x to R9.x.

• Experience with Domino replication and mail routing.

• Lotus Notes Developer R4 and R5 certifications.

• Lotus Notes Client Application Specialist with experience on Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows 2008, and 2012.

• Understanding of Domino security related to application development and data security.
