We are seeking a People Soft Systems Analyst currently located in Austin, Texas (relocation not allowed) for an On-Site assignment with our Austin, Texas client. Requirements:
Yrs. Experience 5+ Project team experience utilizing Agile methodologies 6+ Experience gathering requirements related to changes in the People Soft application 6+ Hands-on functional experience in one or more People Soft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll 6+ Most recent six years working exclusively as a People Soft Functional Analyst 8+ Solid understanding of the technical aspects of the People Soft application 5+ Strong SQL skills;
ability to write and execute advanced SQL in Oracle and SQL Server 5+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel 10+ Experience working in Information Technology Preferred Yrs Experience 2+ Past experience as a developer in one or more People Soft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll 2+ Solid People Tools skills, including Application Engine, People Code, and SQR 3+ Ability to manage a Scrum or Kanban team 5+
Experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops 5+
Experience with prior People Soft implementations or conversions from legacy systems 5+
Experience with Defined Benefit Pension Plans 5+ Defined Benefit Pension Plan knowledge to understand data requirements and usage 5+
Experience with Base Benefits or Benefits Administration systems 5+
Experience with Pension Administration systems 5+
Experience with Payroll systems 10+ Expert-level troubleshooting to isolate functional and technical issues
