We are looking for an IT Support Specialist for a 6–9 month contract engagement with our Austin, TX client. This is primarily an onsite position.

• Assists in installs, provides maintenance and technical support for users.
• Performs hardware, software, and application support and preventative maintenance.
• Provides end-to-end environment appropriate support utilizing best practices and documented procedures. Develops, documents, publishes and provides communications.
• Provides excellent customer support. Diagnoses and resolves or escalates technical support to respond to Service Desk requests.

• Excellent customer service skills. Self starter who takes ownership to see problems through to resolution.
• Professional working experience with MS Windows 11, Office 365, Adobe, Dell PCs and Service Now.
• Familiarity with tracking hardware and software assets.
• Advanced knowledge about PC desktop hardware and software, and diagnosing problems via remote access.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic environment.
• Have to have their own transportation (will be driving to multiple locations to provide assistance).
• Professional experience with MS Configuration Manager/SCCM for packaging and deployment preferred.
• Experience with ITIL, task automation and process improvement preferred.

This is a 6–9 month contract engagement in Austin, TX. Work will be performed primarily onsite and may require occasional travel to other Austin office locations.
