• 6+ Experience gathering requirements related to changes in the People Soft application
• 6+ Hands-on functional experience in one or more People Soft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
• 6+ Most recent six years working exclusively as a People Soft Functional Analyst
• 8+ Solid understanding of the technical aspects of the People Soft application
• 5+ Strong SQL skills; ability to write and execute advanced SQL in Oracle and SQL Server
• 5+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• 10+ Experience working in Information Technology

• 2+ Past experience as a developer in one or more People Soft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
• 2+ Solid People Tools skills, including Application Engine, People Code, and SQR
• 3+ Ability to manage a Scrum or Kanban team
• 5+ Experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops
• 5+ Experience with prior People Soft implementations or conversions from legacy systems
• 5+ Experience with Defined Benefit Pension Plans
• 5+ Defined Benefit Pension Plan knowledge to understand data requirements and usage
• 5+ Experience with Base Benefits or Benefits Administration systems
• 5+ Experience with Pension Administration systems
• 5+ Experience with Payroll systems
• 10+ Expert-level troubleshooting to isolate functional and technical issues
