As a Quality Measurement Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing various types of content according to our advertiser policies and community standards. This work is critical to deliver accurate measurement, AI oversight and insights on policy enforcement. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams in both Global Operations and across Meta to influence the development of policies, protocols, technology, and training.
This work will directly impact the experience of Meta’s global network of users and business partners, ensuring our platforms are safe and trusted and that our processes are accurate, effective and efficient. To succeed in this role, a successful candidate will possess analytical and problem‑solving skills, along with effective collaboration skills. We are seeking a strategic thinker with a demonstrated history of effective communication who embraces new challenges.

Perform expert review of content and ads on Meta’s platforms against ensuring compliance with our community standards and advertiser policies
Gather and deliver market specific insights on Meta’s platforms, developing tailored recommendations to improve Meta’s Integrity outcomes
Communicate market specific insights to cross-functional partners to collaborate and improve our policies, processes and tools
This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing
Partner with vendor operations to ensure that feedback is being shared with relevant teams and proactively track the impact and success of remediation plans
Develop and share subject matter expertise across areas of safety abuse and/or account support at global level
Contribute to projects that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Expert Review team
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta
Fluency in text and conversational English are essential
Ability to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content
Proven analytical, creative problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills
Demonstrable experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis and data‑driven decision making
Familiarity with KPI management, quality assurance and process optimization
Self‑starting, intellectually curious, and creative individual adept at operating in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment
Demonstrable experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis
Ability to communicate and collaborate successfully with partners from different functional areas
Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
$36.54/hour to $43.27/hour + bonus + equity + benefits
