• Takes responsibility for overall architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the Service Now platforms
• As a senior technical member of the team, deliver hands‑on configuration, development and integration services and serve in a quality assurance capacity for all project deliverables
• Experienced in Service Now implementations which span ITIL, ITSM and security/regulatory disciplines. Implementation experience of Strategic and Project Portfolio management (SPM & PPM)
• Provide high‑level design and specifications for Service Now implementation
• Design and implementation of various application modules in Service Now
• Integrations between Service Now and other third‑party enterprise applications e.g. Azure Active Directory
• Configuration of Service Now to automate internal ITIL/ITSM processes
• User provisioning process that integrates with internal and external systems
• Service Now security architecture
• Provide directions and architecture to integrate with applications in place that are custom built and COTS and SaaS products
• Participate in process‑flow analysis and redesign working with the Project Manager
• Work with business office to enhance the business process with Service Now work process and tools
• Ensure that configuration done in one area does not negatively impact other areas
• Understand the Service Now table structures and data model
• Customization of Service Now configurations, including custom scripts
• Experience working with remote teams
• Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project

• 8 Years required:
  Hands‑on Service Now configuration, development, and integration experience
• 5 Years required: SPM/PPM module implementation experience
• 5 Years required:
  Expert knowledge in ITBM, Dev Ops, Sec Ops, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, ITSM, and Change Management Practices
• 5 Years required:
  Working knowledge of Service Now user provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Email modules
• 5 Years required:
  Architected and implemented inbound/outbound integrations with Service Now using Azure AD, Trusted Sources for SSO, Mid server, web services REST/SOAP, email and other relevant
• 3 Years required:
  Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing, presenting to leadership, and training less experienced staff
• 7 Years preferred:
  Industry and project experience with Service Now
• 5 Years preferred:
  Service Now System Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist certification
• 5 Years preferred:
  Technical documentation – technical design, implementation, and configuration plans
• 5 Years preferred:
  Experience implementing core process areas:
  User provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB
• 3 Years preferred:
  Programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
