Principal Consultant - Application Dynamics - Dynatrace

• Own end to end Major/critical Incidents and drive resolution over calls/bridges with SMEs, Vendors and customers to restore the service quickly.
• Participate in incident management meetings, provide clear customer communication via email or call, and update the customer leadership team on status.
• Engage in project management activities and support delivery in a management consulting environment that may require regular travel.
• Connect with and manage client relationships to ensure service quality and satisfaction.

• Basic
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of experience in IT Security.
• Preferred
  • At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting and enterprise architecture.
  • Knowledge of various Application Dynamics products.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Dynatrace, Nagios, Splunk.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to own end-to-end major/critical incidents and lead resolution with SMEs, vendors and customers.
  • Experience in incident management meetings and crisp customer communications; ability to update status to customer leadership.
  • Financial domain knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to work in evolving technology environments.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Willingness to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
  • Ability to connect with and manage client relationships.
