Job Description

This role is for a line manager for a team of engineers who own, deploy, support, and maintain Oracle's Identity systems. The manager prioritizes projects, meets timelines, and ensures deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of engineers who own and operate the Corporate Identity environment, providing provisioning, authentication, and authorization services to all Oracle employees.
  • Identify and drive new security controls around user access to Oracle internal resources.
  • Interface with teams across the organization to understand their provisioning, authentication, and authorization needs and identify best ways to meet those needs.
Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in line management of engineering teams in identity or related systems.
  • Knowledge of provisioning, authentication, and authorization concepts.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Compliance awareness with applicable requirements such as immunization and occupational health mandates for US customer/client‑facing roles.
Compensation

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $115,600 - $251,600 per year. Eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

  • Paid time off:
    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
