Integrated Supply Manager, AWS Power and Cooling Procurement
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support aviation data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that enable continuous customer access to our services. The Integrated Supply Manager will lead sourcing for capital equipment, develop strategies to lower total cost of ownership, and collaborate across supply chain, engineering, and business organizations to meet exponential growth demands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop negotiation strategies to deliver against business objectives and build sustainable relationships with strategic suppliers for electrical/control sub‑systems for data centers and mission critical facilities.
- Create and execute strategic sourcing projects that support end‑to‑end sourcing plans on a global scale.
- Influence supplier manufacturing processes, technology decisions, and policies to achieve mutual benefits and sustainability.
- Negotiate and implement supplier agreements and contracts with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Analyze cost‑reduction opportunities through volume leverage, supplier base optimization, and total cost of ownership reduction.
- Generate accurate forecasts by analyzing and interpreting data.
- Adapt to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
- Lead sourcing engagements and competitive bidding (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
- Collaborate with team and business partners on continuous supply‑chain improvement.
- Track internal metrics for project execution and sourcing outcomes.
- Make optimal trade‑offs among schedule, resources, and scope, applying advanced technical and business knowledge to manage major risks and challenges.
- Help develop long‑term departmental strategies and influence cross‑company project development and delivery standards.
- Communicate clearly, extracting insights from data and conveying appropriate actions.
- 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration, or operations experience.
- 5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing, including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python.
- Experience in global supply chain management and cross‑functional team leadership in a fast‑paced environment.
- 4+ years of program, project, or product management experience leading product implementation processes.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in data centers, infrastructure services, or related technology companies.

BenefitsCompensation ranges from $71,500 to $153,000 annually depending on geographic market. Pay is based on market location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional forms of compensation such as equity, sign‑on payments, and a comprehensive benefits package may be provided.
