As the inaugural AI Solutions Architect, you’ll play a key role in shaping how emerging AI innovations become useful capabilities for many users. Your work will steer model strategy, performance, and reliability across a global product platform while you collaborate with seasoned threat-hunting and engineering talent.

- Translate emerging AI research into practical capabilities that can be broadly delivered to customers.
- Own the decision framework for model adaptation techniques (prompt engineering, PEFT/LoRA, supervised fine‑tuning, RL‑based methods) and select the right approach for each use case.
- Design and deploy low‑latency, high‑throughput inference services using Triton, vLLM, CUDA, or similar GPU‑accelerated stacks.
- Set up automated checks and monitoring tools that continually evaluate models and flag any changes that could reduce their accuracy over time.
- Collaborate with security experts to integrate anomaly‑spotting capabilities and automated defensive actions into AI agents.
- Document reusable blueprints for hybrid (cloud + on‑prem) deployments and mentor engineers on best practices.
- Several years working on applied AI/ML efforts, including meaningful exposure to modern language‑model workflows.
- Hands‑on expertise with at least one fine‑tuning/adaptation toolkit (e.g., NeMo, LLaMA Factory, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Proven experience optimizing GPU inference workloads (Triton, vLLM, CUDA, NCCL, PyTorch /XLA).
- Skilled in using widely adopted programming languages and frameworks that support scalable, containerized systems.
- Deep familiarity with making practical decisions across data, models, and infrastructure, with a history of supporting stable, economical AI outcomes.
- Experience working with techniques that streamline model performance and reduce computational demands.
- Experience using various frameworks designed to orchestrate complex, automated AI behaviors.
- Knowledge of A2A or MCP protocols for multi‑agent coordination.
- Publications, patents, or conference talks on applied generative AI.
