We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to own a high‑value, white‑label partnership. In this role you will act as the bridge between Lum Apps internal teams and the partner’s organization, removing friction, ensuring technical stability, accelerating go‑to‑market strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Missions- Strategic Relationship Management – Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for the white‑label partner.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and regular status meetings to track pipeline health, revenue targets, and program KPIs.
- Navigate the partner’s organization to identify key stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
- Program Operations & Governance – Manage the operational lifecycle of the white‑label program, ensuring accurate billing, license provisioning, and contract compliance.
- Own and orchestrate a comprehensive 3‑year migration project plan to move the partner’s legacy customer base to the new white‑label Lum Apps environment.
- Proactively monitor usage and adoption globally and per customer to ensure partnership success.
- Partner Enablement & Success – Equip the partner’s sales and support teams with training, documentation, and playbooks to sell and service the platform independently.
- Keep the partner informed of the Lum Apps roadmap and advocate for feature requests impacting the white‑label user experience.
- 5+ years in SaaS with focus on Partnerships, Channel Management, or Customer Success.
- Proven experience managing OEM, Embedded, or White‑Label software relationships.
- Project Management – strong organizational skills (PMP or Agile certification is a plus).
- Excellent communication – able to translate technical concepts to business leaders and business value to technical teams.
- Autonomy – define processes and playbooks, provide escalations to leadership when needed.
- Familiarity with the Employee Experience (EXP) or intranet market.
- Basic understanding of APIs, SSO (Single Sign‑On), and mobile app deployment.
- Diplomacy – able to say “no” to feature requests while maintaining a positive relationship.
- Empathy – understand the partner’s perspective as their reputation depends on our software.
- Grit – willing to get hands‑on to solve operational blockers.
- Frequency:
Low – primarily planned for QBRs or major milestones at the partner’s location.
