Dimensional’s Channel Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing a dynamic global marketing strategy that enables our sales teams to successfully connect with our clients and prospects. The Senior Associate role will support the team with a focus on paid media, content execution, email support, and analytics to support the sales pipeline and lead handoff activities. This role will manage paid social campaigns (with a strong emphasis on Linked In), assist with content development and placement across channels and digital properties, help build targeted email communications, and deliver performance insights.
Responsibilities- Identify opportunities for content promotion and develop, execute and optimize paid social campaigns, primarily on Linked In Campaigns Manager.
- Assist team in managing monthly budget allocations across platform and campaign types.
- Support planning and setup of future additional paid media opportunities (Google Ads on You Tube, X, etc.).
- Partner with content and creative teams to develop ad copy and assets.
- Assist with email campaign creation, segmentation, and quality assurance.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide an omni‑channel and holistic view of channel marketing impact and identify trends/areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with channel marketing peers to ensure messaging, paid activities, and reporting all align to the needs of current campaigns and sales teams’ goals.
- 5+ years of experience in channel, digital or content marketing, ideally in financial services, fintech or similar B2B2C environments.
- Hands‑on experience with Linked In Campaign Manager.
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding and analysis, and experience working with a CRM (Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.).
- Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
- Understanding of email best practices and automation platforms (e.g., Click Dimensions, Consumer Insights and Journeys, Hubspot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud).
- Experience writing and editing promotional content.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with various business partners (e.g., creative, editorial, legal, compliance, technology).
- Experience extracting results and identifying patterns from raw data.
