Location: Austin, TX 78752 |
Rate: $45/hour on W2 |
Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Create themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria according to agency standards.
• Convert existing use cases into actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Analyze existing process documentation and identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support the development and implementation of various initiatives across DPS.
• Collaborate with project and development teams to ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and aligned with agency goals.

Required Experience:

• 4 years of experience in the field or a related technology field as a senior-level Business Analyst.
• 3 years of working knowledge of Agile project management methodology and practices.

Preferred Experience:

• 1 year of experience in understanding and documentation of use cases.
• 1 year of experience in process documentation mapping.
