Strategic solution architect (Enterprise SaaS)

We're looking for a solutions architect with strategic sales development skills (based in Austin, Texas USA) to help drive the enterprise growth of an innovative new SaaS platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing global tech company that recently expanded its product portfolio. The role combines strategic software-solution architecture experience + sales
acumen and strong technical and consultative skills to build trust with senior stakeholders and drive adoption across complex organizations.

You’ll focus on large enterprises and work at the intersection of software + tech + sales and business strategy
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops to identify challenges
  • Oversee proof-of-concept processes
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Act as a subject matter expert
  • Collaborate with sales, software engineering, product, marketing to strengthen positioning and accelerate enterprise adoption.
  • Report on pipeline progress and act as an internal customer advocate
    , providing feedback to improve the product roadmap.
Hard Skills
  • 8+ years experience as enterprise or software or solution architect with long-cycle deals.
  • Proven track record in managing accounts and/or developing new sales opportunities (at enterprise level)
  • Comfortable discussing technical topics such as architecture, integrations, and compliance with IT stakeholders.
  • Background at leading software companies is a strong plus.
Soft Skills
