• Engage with ecosystem developers (anyone using USDC, CCTP, EURO‑C) to understand how Circle can support them, convert those insights into a roadmap, and bring them to market—requiring high-level external collaboration.
• Own the product vision, feature set, and roadmap to take these developer products from 0 to 1, with a mix of off‑chain and on‑chain protocols.
• Deep‑dive and stay up‑to‑date on frontier blockchain technologies—account abstraction, smart contracts, intents, and more. This may involve reading and contributing to EIPs.
• Define a great developer experience for both seasoned smart‑contract developers and those writing their first contract.
• Work with internal stakeholders—including legal, compliance, treasury, and marketing—to bring these products to market.

• More than 15 years of product management experience, having evolved product portfolios that achieved significant customer adoption and revenue.
• Ownership of product strategy for complex commercial products (preferably in crypto), including identification and management of associated risks.
• Experience mentoring other product managers and influencing partners and executives to achieve results.

Base Pay Range: $212,500 – $272,500
