Terralytiq is a climate tech startup. We help manufacturers decarbonize their supply chains at the scale of the industrial revolution and the speed of the digital revolution. Our customers are Fortune 500 enterprises in industrial equipment, automotive, and chemicals supply chains. Our AI web platform maps product supply chains, calculates product carbon footprints, and engages suppliers to cut emissions, giving category managers the data and tools to take real action.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Product Designer to own our design system and shape the product experience for sustainable procurement teams. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in the complexity of sustainability challenges, cares deeply about user experience, and wants to develop product strategy skills in a high-impact climate startup.

Own the UX/UI design system across the Terralytiq platform, from early wireframes to polished handoff in Figma

Translate complex workflows into intuitive designs, including dashboards, forms, and data visualizations

Partner closely with head of product, co-founders, engineers, and customers to identify user pain points and co-develop solutions

Lead user research, synthesize insights, and draft PRDs to guide development

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design at startups (Seed-Series A) with B2B users

Must-have experience: Proficient in Figma and design systems;
Building data-driven B2B web applications with multiple user personas;
Writing design rationales and iterating based on feedback;
Leading customer discovery interviews and engineering handovers

Nice-to-have experience
:
Designing tools for supply chain and/or carbon accounting;
Owning end-to-end feature workflows from discovery and PRDs to final designs

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, low-ego team player, and a bias-to-action mindset fit for a dynamic start-up environment

Total compensation, including $90-110k base salary, 0-0.5% equity, healthcare and 401k
