What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for key technical roles, including:
    Full Stack Engineers, ML Engineers, Dev Ops & QA Engineers and any other technical hiring requirement that may come up as we grow.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring priorities and shape recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline through creative sourcing and networking across platforms like Linked In, Git Hub, and professional communities.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Autonomize AI’s mission and culture.
  • Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer negotiations efficiently and transparently.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience , preferably in high-growth tech or startup environments.
  • Proven success in hiring across software engineering, AI, and data-related roles .
  • Deep understanding of technical stacks, modern development practices, and AI/ML talent markets.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms , sourcing tools (Linked In Recruiter, etc.), and recruitment analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High sense of ownership, adaptability, and a passion for building great teams.
