We're looking for a strategic relationship-builder with a passion for business software and customer success. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll work closely with some of our largest customers, ensuring they’ve had a smooth implementation and continue to get value from their Zoho investment. You’ll be their trusted advisor—checking in regularly, helping them explore new ways to optimize their ecosystem, and identifying opportunities to expand their Zoho footprint.

This is a quota‑carrying role with quarterly revenue goals, and successful performance is rewarded through sales commission structures.

  • Proactively engage with Zoho’s most strategic accounts through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build trust and long‑term relationships
  • Understand each customer’s evolving needs and identify opportunities to expand their Zoho investment through upsell and cross‑sell strategies
  • Own the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to crafting proposals, managing your pipeline, and closing deals
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, legal, finance, and product teams to solve problems, deliver a great customer experience, and ensure long‑term success
