Seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design and build scalable systems across Python, Type Script, and SQL. To drive architecture, integrations, and performance for a fast-moving AI automation platform!

• Design and implement scalable systems across the full stack simultaneously (Python, Type Script, SQL) (essential)
• Lead feature and architecture planning, writing specs for major components
• Build and maintain integrations with AI/ML models and internal data pipelines (essential)
• Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of core systems
• Communicate progress and technical risks with leadership
• Act as a mini–product owner: understand user needs, propose roadmap items, and drive execution

• 8+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer building enterprise-grade products (essential)
• 'Big' company experience (2+yrs at either Google, Meta, Palantir, Rippling etc.)(essential)
• Startup company experience (2+yrs at successful US based startup company)(essential)
• Strong experience in Python, Type Script, SQL, AWS & React (plus exposure to others below)(essential)
• Proven record of solving complex technical problems in fast-paced environments
• Passion for mentoring, system design, and building high-impact software
• 4+ years tenure in a single role/company in the US (essential)
• Top 25 CS Degree in the US (essential)

Python at Enterprise level-application (essential), Type Script  (essential), SQL (essential), AWS/cloud infra (essential), React (essential), Node.js, Nest.js, GCP, Docker, ECS, Terraform, Django, Flask

• Work model:
  Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in Austin, TX)
• Visa:
