• Analyze end-to-end finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A, costing, general accounting).
• Identify inefficiencies, manual tasks, and automation opportunities.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to reimagine workflows using AI, RPA, and analytics.
• Monitor and resolve system/reporting issues in collaboration with IT.
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment across reports and dashboards.
• Provide ad-hoc support, training, and troubleshooting to finance users.
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven automation tools.
• Build and maintain dashboards and predictive models for financial KPIs.
• Support pilots and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Drive adoption of new tools through training and change management.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize existing automation for performance and compliance.
• Maintain governance frameworks aligned with SOX and audit standards.
• Keep documentation and training materials up to date.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business process analysis.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud, Net Suite, etc.).
• Experience with AI/automation tools (e.g., Flo Qast, Planful, Workiva).
• Proficiency in process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart) and data visualization (Power BI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
