We’re seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to join a growing aerospace and defense organization during a critical stage of transformation. This role will lead compensation strategy and execution for a rapidly scaling workforce and play a key part in shaping our total rewards programs as we transition to Workday and prepare for significant organizational milestones.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with HR and business leaders to design and deliver competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity modeling.
- Conduct complex job pricing and market analysis across niche roles such as aerospace engineering and software.
- Support compensation-related projects tied to IPO readiness, retention strategies, and workforce expansion.
- Drive data analysis and reporting using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and executive compensation teams to ensure alignment across total rewards, benefits, and equity programs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 years of experience in compensation, with a strong foundation in job evaluation, pay modeling, and market pricing.
- Ability to navigate fast-moving, high-growth environments and work hands-on in a party-of-one capacity.
- Comfort with HR systems (Workday implementation experience a plus) and an aptitude for analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills; able to engage leaders and explain complex compensation concepts.
- Aerospace, defense, or technology industry experience preferred.
