- Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday managed services engagements for a variety of post-production clients including enhancement and optimization initiatives, break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, process improvement and road mapping activities.
- Ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery; collaborate with clients to strategize and drive goals post-production.
- Support cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions; lead the analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of the Workday solution.
- Coordinate work handoffs with offshore team including traceability of client updates and work in progress; act as a point of contact for client to discuss support needs during US business hours.
- Act as functional subject matter expert during sales and proposal activities; assess tenant to identify optimization opportunities for clients to realize value from Workday investments.
- Mentor and upskill junior resources onshore and offshore.
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG s respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum three years of recent client-facing experience in Workday Finance; experience with a Workday managed services organization and/or participation in at least two full-scale Workday Financials implementations.
- MBA or MIS preferred; bachelor's degree required. Certification in at least two of the following Workday areas:
Pro Contracts to Cash, Assets, Accounting Center. Candidate must obtain required certifications within three months of employment if not already held. - Understanding of ITIL, ITSM and service desk management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; commitment to continuous learning of Workday features and best practices.
- Understanding of process reengineering and performance management enhancements including workflow, approvals, and reporting.
- Ability to travel as required.
